Fajada Butte, is a prominent feature within Chaco Canyon. It’s believed to have significant ceremonial importance to the Chacoan People. On top, cliff dwelling’s along with pottery and petroglyphs have been found. One petroglyph, the Sun Dagger, are aligned with the Equinox’s and Solstice’s. Dad and I would go and watch the sunset at Fajada Butte every night we were in Chaco.
