Chasing the Cumbres and Toltec, Summer 2015. Act 1: The chase out of Chama, NM

To kick off our train weekend, we chased the Cumbres and Toltec out of Chama, NM. Starting at the C&TS depot in town before heading out of town ahead of the train. It was fun hanging out at the depot checking out the old iron as it prepared for the days outing to Antonito, CO. We were able to make a few stops for pictures as the train made it’s way to Osier for lunch.
