The Dinner and Raffle for Cruise Moab is always a fun event. Held at the Spanish Trails arena, attendees fill up the grandstands after getting a hearty meal. Then wait for the main event and see what kind of loot we can possibly win at the raffle. Saturday, the last day of tailrides for Cruise Moab, I hopped in with my pals at Proffitt’s Resurrection Land Cruisers for a fun but mild day on the Gemini Bridges Trail.

Jeremiah had his “Taco Tuesday” Land Cruiser leading the group and I was fortunate enough to get to ride along. It was great to finally hear the stories of the very custom build. It was a relaxing day on the trail with good company. We spent some time wondering around Gemini Bridges enjoying the views before heading over to Longs Canyon. We stopped for lunch just above the boulder, with great views of the canyon. After the necessary photo ops passing under the boulder, we aired up and headed back into town for some Ice Cream. Later, I joined the last few attendees still in camp for a final hurrah dinner. By Sunday night, I had the 4runner unpacked, parked in the garage and enjoying my view from the apartment downtown.
